Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. The counter-notification must include the following:

  1. Identification of the Material:
    A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
  2. Your Contact Information:
    Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  3. A Statement of Consent:
    A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where the service provider is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  4. A Statement of Good Faith:
    A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

    A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
